These are some of our favorite recipes, mostly from Cooking Light, but we tend to edit portions and ingredients
that suit our taste buds (e.g. when a recipe calls for 1 minced garlic clove, we use about 4 :) ).
Other recipes are passed down from family and friends.
Enjoy!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

Jim's sister, Jill, makes this recipe for us every time we go to visit (at our begging and pleading), so she finally just gave us the recipe so we can make it ourselves. The blue cheese version is what we make, and it's great with celery, so that makes it healthy, right? :)

Ingredients
* 8 oz pkg fat free cream cheese, softened
* 1/2 cup blue cheese or ranch dressing
* 1/2 cup hot sauce (Frank's, Tobasco, etc.)
* 1/2 cup crumbled blue cheese or shredded mozzarella
* 2 9.75 oz cans white chunk chicken breast in water, drained
Preparation
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place cream cheese in an oven-safe baking dish, stir until smooth.
3. Mix in salad dressing, hot sauce, and cheese; blend well. Stir in chicken.
4. Bake 20 minutes or until mixture is heating through.
Serve with crackers, bread, or veggies.
