Ingredients:
- 3 Ripe bananas, mashed
- 3/4 cup Honey
- 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1 Egg
- 1/2 cup
- 2 Tbs Milk
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 2 1/2 cups All-purpose flour
- 3 teaspoons Baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- Pinch Baking soda
- Preheat oven to 325.
- Place bananas in a large bowl and mash thoroughly with a fork. Add honey, milk, egg, oil, and walnuts; stir to combine.
- Add flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Stir just until combined.
- Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake for 55-60 minutes, until toothpick or wooden skewer comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 10 minutes before inverting on a wire rack to cool.
