These are some of our favorite recipes, mostly from Cooking Light, but we tend to edit portions and ingredients
that suit our taste buds (e.g. when a recipe calls for 1 minced garlic clove, we use about 4 :) ).
Other recipes are passed down from family and friends.

Spicy Sweet-Potato Fries

From the May 2009 issue of Men's Health (paired with the Lemon Garlic Halibut). Tasty!
Yield: Makes 4 serving (serving size: 4 wedges)
Ingredients
* 3 teaspoons olive oil, divided
* 2 large sweet potatoes, each cut lengthwise into 8 wedges
* 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preparation
Preheat oven to 425°.
Brush a large shallow pan with 1 teaspoon oil. Place pan in oven.
Combine 2 teaspoons oil and remaining ingredients in a large bowl; toss well. Carefully remove pan from oven; spread potato mixture in pan. Bake at 425° for 35 to 45 minutes or until browned on the outside and tender all the way through, stirring occasionally.
