These are some of our favorite recipes, mostly from Cooking Light, but we tend to edit portions and ingredients
that suit our taste buds (e.g. when a recipe calls for 1 minced garlic clove, we use about 4 :) ).
Other recipes are passed down from family and friends.

Mandarin Orange Shrimp Salad

We had this back when we still lived in Florida (so were spoiled with fresh Gulf shrimp just down the street), and it was A-MA-ZING. It would also be good with chicken, now that we live in Oklahoma...or maybe pork, since we live in Oklahoma? :)
Whole30-compliant by using olive oil (which we did) and leaving the sesame seeds off (which we did not).
