These are some of our favorite recipes, mostly from Cooking Light, but we tend to edit portions and ingredients
that suit our taste buds (e.g. when a recipe calls for 1 minced garlic clove, we use about 4 :) ).
Other recipes are passed down from family and friends.

Mom's Tuna Casserole

Instead of typing it out, I thought putting a picture of the recipe card would be better since my momma wrote it. :)


Nutritional Information:
For the whole recipe (so divide by however many servings you choose ~ 4 or 6),
     & using only 1 Tbsp of butter, 2 cans of tuna in water, and fat free mayo and
     milk (and no potato chips on top):
Calories: 1,380
Fat: 38g
Fiber: 13.8g
