These are some of our favorite recipes, mostly from Cooking Light, but we tend to edit portions and ingredients
that suit our taste buds (e.g. when a recipe calls for 1 minced garlic clove, we use about 4 :) ).
Other recipes are passed down from family and friends.
Enjoy!

This is not a light recipe, but it's a family favorite anyway. :)

Ingredients:
* unbaked pie shell
* 2 eggs
* 1 cup  Karo syrup (we use light)
* 1/2 cup  peanut butter (we use reduced fat Superchunky!)
* 1 tsp  vanilla
* 1 cup  brown sugar

Preparation:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Lightly dust both side of pie shell with flour; mold into ungreased pie plate.
3. Combine eggs, syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and brown sugar; pour into
    unbaked pie shell.
4. Bake for 15 minutes; cover crust with strips of aluminum foil; bake another 45
