These are some of our favorite recipes, mostly from Cooking Light, but we tend to edit portions and ingredients
that suit our taste buds (e.g. when a recipe calls for 1 minced garlic clove, we use about 4 :) ).
Other recipes are passed down from family and friends.
Enjoy!

Monkey Bread

This is definitely NOT a Cooking Light recipe, but it sure is a yummy special treat!

Ingredients:
* 2 loaves of frozen bread dough (or a bag of frozen rolls)
* 1 (3 oz) pkg pudding (not instant), vanilla or butterscotch
* 1 cup brown sugar
* 1 stick butter or margarine, melted
* 2 tsp cinnamon
* 2 Tbsp milk

Preparation:
1. Let loaves thaw and cut into pieces (skip step if using preformed rolls).
2. Put dough pieces (or frozen rolls) into a lightly greased 9x13 baking or circular bunt pan.
3. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over bread dough. Cover lightly and let rise overnight.
4. Bake at 350* for 30-40 minutes, let cool, and dump upside-down on a plate or platter, and enjoy!
